Had a fantastic experience with Premier Home Inspection Services for my new home inspection as a first time home buyer. Stan was awesome to work with thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk me through everything he found and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Great value for the price too. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a home inspector who actually cares about doing the job right!

Stan was great! I am a first time buyer and going through the inspection felt like an informative learning experience. I felt like I understood the things that were important and needed to be fixed and why by the end. Gave me a piece of mind knowing buying the home knowing the inspector really took his time throughout the home making sure I could be moved into the house and not have issues. He also said if I ever had any questions about my condo to never hesitate to reach out because he know has a full report on the home and would be happy to help which I really appreciated.

I had the pleasure of working with Stan Kasiarz from Premier Home Inspection Services, and I can't recommend him highly enough. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire inspection process. Stan took the time to walk me through each step, providing detailed insights into the specifics of my newly built home, which will be invaluable for my one-year inspection with the developer. He highlighted key areas that require attention, ensuring that I won’t incur unnecessary expenses in the future. The thoroughness of his inspection report was impressive, equipping me with all the information I need for the next five years. Thank you, Stan, for your exceptional service! Ola Bakare

Stan was great to work with. He arrived early and got started right away, which I really appreciated. His inspection report was thorough and delivered the very next day. This is extremely helpful given the quick turnaround needed for closing. The report was easy to understand and included clear photos, which made everything much more straightforward. He also took the time to walk me through the house and explain the key findings, helping me decide what might be worth negotiating versus what I could handle myself. I would definitely work with Stan again. Thanks so much!
